No Show Defined
A no-show, no-call/no-text will be charged 100% of the service(s) missed, plus you will be responsible for pre-paying in advance for your future appointments. Pre-paid appointments are non-refundable if you are a no-show.
Notice Required to Cancel or Change Your Appointment
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact Alan by phone or text at 1-510-506-6009 at least 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. (If you receive our voicemail, you must leave a message including your name and phone number).
Sending messages from contact forms, Facebook Messenger, Social Media, or any other method is not an acceptable form of cancellation.
Same-day cancellations will result in a full charge (100%) for the
Unconfirmed Appointments may be canceled.
Our texting messaging/E-mail software will notify you and request you confirm your appointment. (48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment time). If your appointment remains unconfirmed, you may lose your scheduled appointment time. You can always call or text to confirm your appointment.
A credit card deposit is required for full body waxing services for the value of the scheduled services. The deposit is required at the time of booking. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance, you will lose your credit card deposit, which is non-refundable. You agree to these terms.
Multiple missed, late, or canceled appointments may require full, non-refundable pre-payment of future services.
If our schedule opens up, we try to accommodate our clients by offering an alternative time. This is an option, and we hope you find this convenient.
